Greetings! Today, we take a quick tour of the seventh chakra. It’s the crown chakra, or Sahasrara. This chakra can best be described as deep peace. How do you approach deep peace? What is your relationship to this phenomenon?
When your crown chakra is opened, you bring light into your body, creating this deep peace (which is also described as “universal consciousness”). If this sounds hard to describe, it is! It is a truly transcendent state.
Meditation is a great way to achieve it. I know you’ve heard me say this over and over, but really it is true. Deep meditation brings about a state of contemplation that opens your mind and heart to the possibilities of the infinite.
Is meditation hard for you? Do you have a hard time quieting your mind and achieving a state of relaxation and calm? Consider Reiki as a way to balance your chakras. If you’d like to learn more about this form of gentle, noninvasive energy work, please call/text 720-432-8664 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve a session or a free 30-minute consultation.
We’ve covered the seventh and highest chakra now, which means this is the last week of our trip through the chakras. I hope you’ve enjoyed it, and I hope you’ve learned a little something, too. Next week the blog will be taking a break, so I will see you again in 2019. I send you blessings for the Christmas and Solstice season, if you celebrate, and for the New Year.
Be well, healthy and whole!
